OUR PASTOR

Pastor Keith and Sherry Urquhart are the founders of Faith, Hope and Deliverance Ministry. We established this ministry from our tithes initially and God added some believers to assist us with the vision to reach the lost. Pastor Urquhart serves as an educator in the public school system of Bertie County. He has been teaching Social Studies on the six grade and now eight grade level for over twenty-five years. Pastor Keith B. Urquhart was licensed and ordained at Aulander First Baptist church in 1979 and 1983. He was mentored by the late Bishop Valeriano Melendez of Soul Saving Station for nearly sixteen years. During my tenure there I was introduced to Prison Ministry, Youth Ministry, Street Services, Praise and Worship and Marriage Ministry! Sister Sherry and I have been married thirty-one years and God has blessed us with six blessed children. They all have heavy callings upon their lives and we are believing that God will continue to prove himself mighty in each of them! We have been called to minister in songs as a family and several recordings have been birthed from our family. We have also been instrumental in assisting others with their music ministry as well. God blessed us with Vision Recording studio and several local artisit have been blessed to record their talents as well. I perceive this to be the season and time for God to expand our borders and provide opportunities for us to minister to the vast body of believers globally.
